self expanding tabular form

I hope somebody can help here.
What i need to do is create a tabluar form that adds a new blank row after each entry, while still displaying the row just entered.

Is this possible?

It's pretty straightforward. What parts are you unsure of? Basically, your form needs to have an ADD button that inserts the new row (from the blank table row) into the database, and then just requery the database after every insert, having your script add the blank row at the end. You didn't mention editing and deleting, but you can have this capability, too.
