Forms and Radio/Drop Down Selection

I have two questions. First, how do I refresh a page while at the same time posting form values when clicking on a radio button.

Second, how do I refresh a page while at the same time posting form valuess when selecting an item from a drop down menu? All values within the form need to be posted to itself and I need to be able to use the values that were posted.

Please advise.

Hi Dave,
Set the action of the form to $PHP_SELF and call this function on "onClick()" , "onChange()" events of Radio button and List resp.
function refPage()
{
document.formname.submit();
}
