This is a question on MySQL and PHP.

Let's say I have 3 tables in a database called "Moe", "Curly", and "Larry". Each have the same data types, or "columns" which are "name", "phone", "email".

Ok, I want to be able to search all three tables and all the fields at once. So if user types "joe" in search box, it will look at all of them and print Joe's phone & email.

Looks like you have a seperate table for each person.  Not a good way to go about it.  Looks to me like you only need one table.

NAME|PHONE|EMAIL|ID

then all you have to do is

SELECT phone,email FROM table_name WHERE name = 'joe';

Well, they have to be able to search by phone and email also. The database is MUCH more complex and that is why i am using different tables.

Can anyone help?
