This is a question on MySQL and PHP.
Let's say I have 3 tables in a database called "Moe", "Curly", and "Larry". Each have the same data types, or "columns" which are "name", "phone", "email".
+---------------------------+
|Moe |
+--------+--------+---------+
| name | phone | email |
+--------+--------+---------+
| Joe | 6540 | joe@joe |
+--------+--------+---------+
| Sam | 8759 | s@s.com |
+--------+--------+---------+
+---------------------------+
|Curly |
+--------+--------+---------+
| name | phone | email |
+--------+--------+---------+
| Bill | 5678 | bill@bi |
+--------+--------+---------+
| Man | 1234 | man.com |
+--------+--------+---------+
+---------------------------+
|Larry |
+--------+--------+---------+
| name | phone | email |
+--------+--------+---------+
| Hap | 3456 | ui@juii |
+--------+--------+---------+
| Joy | 8765 | d@d.com |
+--------+--------+---------+
Ok, I want to be able to search all three tables and all the fields at once. So if user types "joe" in search box, it will look at all of them and print Joe's phone & email.
Thanks,
Sam
