The POP3 server for hotmail is the following address: http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp You need to put this address instead of the IP address wherever required. You can also write a mail to the Web masters of Rediffmail and usa.net for their IP or POP server addresses. Also check if they provide this mail client download facility.
