anyone have ideas on the bext way to convert http://www.uac.pdx.edu/avalanche.php
into html with <BR> and <P>'s?
i can convert \n\n to <P>
but there doesn't seem to be anything to distinguish the stuff at the top and bottom of the weather report deserving a \n -> <BR> conversion.
any right brainers out there?
