Hi everyone,

I have developed a web page with php, mySQL and obsviously HTML. I developed it inside the company, in one of our linux box. Everything was fine so we transfered our files into the provider's server so that my page could be on the internet.

the problem is, data never appear on the page. When i enter data into the textfield and i press "submit" button, the page reload and nothing appear. But, when i go see the database, data are there.

What went wrong between local and not-local version?

Someone have an idea where i could start looking for?

Did you look at the html source of the empty page in your browser?

my page is not empty, it have everything except data from my database.

why would i look to my html code?

Just so I understand - on your provider's server, the information gets written to the db, however, no information is pulled up when you run a query?

Put some check points in your code to see how far it goes while executing.

for example:

$result = mysql_query($query) or die(mysql_error($linkid));
