Split a string

I have the following string which I would like to split into sections.

<DT><A HREF="http://www.yahoo.com/" ADD_DATE="995126519" LAST_VISIT="0" LAST_MODIFIED="0">Yahoo, Inc.</A>

these links are actually Netscape Bookmarks that I am parsing.

can anyone show me the best way (speed is important - have about 20,000 links that need to be split and then inserted into a db) that I can split or explode these sections.

What exactly are you looking for from the string??

I need all parts of it.
Each string will always look the same as far as parts.

So I need ..

arr[0] = http://www.yahoo.com/
arr[1] = 995126519
arr[2] = 0
arr[3] = 0
arr[4] = Yahoo, Inc.
