Search Engine for Intranet

I want to develop a search Engine for your companies Intranet. The Intranet is very huge its around 400 MB in size & consisting of around 20,000 html documents. Actaully I want a write a program which searchs for the query in all the files & then stores all the results in the database in this way Search Results speed will be increased.

400MB is not huge ;-), 20TB is huge, 20GB is big, 20MB is average, and 400MB is small. 🙂
