What you are suggesting is exactly my thoughts on it also. If I were to give you my logon name and password, could you look around? I expressed this concern to support two weeks ago, but all it resulted was the "ticket" being passed around with people saying either it's fixed, it's working, or they don't support it. I've been told that a senior tech is now working on the problem and it will be fixed on Monday. I would be confident of that statement, however that is what I was told last week.
If you can help me, I would appreciate it. I'm running out of money and was hoping that my website would pay my bills, otherwise I'll have to go work "in the real world" which I don't have the patience for people who don't want to work. (This situation with hispeed is a great case in point!) I figured I'll have to keep my mouth shut and take the low pay - but not looking forward to that. :')
