I just need basic simple simon help

I found this program which I want to upload to my server at hispeed.com. I was told by support that I had to pay additional for php/mysql access. It's been a royal pain to get any help form the support people. I've been down for three weeks going on four. Will someone please help me. I don't know where the problem lies, if it's that I have not been set up properly by hispeed, or the problem is on my end. If someone would email me I will give you my password and access so that you can probably take 5 minutes to figure this out.

Using hispeeds webform, I'm getting:
Access denied for creating database at localhost.

The program which I uploaded is getting errors such as: Warning: Supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in ....

I'm wondering if the first problem is the result of the second? I have no idea. Please email me at mrpics@yahoo.com

you probably don't have rights to create a database. They probably created one for you and then you can create tables inside of it. Do you have access to something like phpMyAdmin or even a telnet command line that you can check the existence of a database? If so, then you can use that one.

You are getting the second error becuase of the first.

What you are suggesting is exactly my thoughts on it also. If I were to give you my logon name and password, could you look around? I expressed this concern to support two weeks ago, but all it resulted was the "ticket" being passed around with people saying either it's fixed, it's working, or they don't support it. I've been told that a senior tech is now working on the problem and it will be fixed on Monday. I would be confident of that statement, however that is what I was told last week.

If you can help me, I would appreciate it. I'm running out of money and was hoping that my website would pay my bills, otherwise I'll have to go work "in the real world" which I don't have the patience for people who don't want to work. (This situation with hispeed is a great case in point!) I figured I'll have to keep my mouth shut and take the low pay - but not looking forward to that. :')
