Dynamically displaying forms...

Hello. I am fairly new to php scripting so bear with me on my descriptions here...

I made a form for some of my friends from school to submit their schedules and then it sends the form to me and I have to go through all of that work to make a page for it, the form BTW has 37 lines. I was wondering if I could skip the process of the information getting mailed to me and instead have something that inputs the info they submitted onto a template I design and then save it the file. Here is the link if you'd like to see what I'm talking about. The form is on Submit Schedule" and to browse what the schedules look like click on "Browse Schedules" easy?

typically you would use a database for this.

without, php could for example:

1. read in the field data
2. read in a template and replace some keys in it with the data (have a look at fasttemplate, that's an easy solution for using templates)

OK. I have now setup MySQL. What's next? I really don't like FastTemplate is there another way with the database?
