Since upgrading from 4.04pl1 to 4.06, calling xml_parse returns the error "Warning: Unable to call handler startelement() in ..." Even the simplest example fails, as well as code that has been working flawlessly in the previous version. I guess I'll downgrade to the previous version. Anybody else seen this?
