ADD, DELETE, EDIT AND SEARCH

Helo, can anyone teach me how to create a simple add, delete, edit and search to be used in mySQL server using PHP. Im still new in php and mySQL. Can anyone show me how these things be done in PHP using a simple code? Just show me how to do it and what function to be used to achive my question. Thanks to those who help and show the path of PHP AND MYSQL...Im starting to like it but don't know what function to be used and how it will be used.

can php past a parameter to mysql? let's just say, if I hav an input like this reply message im using right now and feed it to mysql. Can php to that? can you guys show me how to do it? Please...thanks..
