What does ._ANYTHING. do (where ANYTHING can be just that...anything)?
What is the coding technique called? Where can I find more information about it, how to use etc.

Hi Jay,
A full stop (period) concenates two strings together. For example:
$apple = "apple"; $banana = "banana"; $fruitbowl = $apple." and ".$banana
Gives $fruitbowl the value of "apple and banana".
