Populating Tables..

Fellas:

So, I'm using "insert" etc... to attempt to populate my tables via a web based form -- BUT, every time I do the submission, it always gives the 'error' I add in my code -- like, "submission not working, couldn't execute query."

I don't get a pars error -- only the "if not, then" error." Hmmmm....

Suggestions? Debuggers?
