How can i get my home directory on the server?
Not the "http://....." because i have tried this...

I'am trying to copy a file into a directory on my IIS server, but the addresse i have gave(/php/upload/) the php directory is in the wroot's server directory. but it does not seem to work.

On the linux server of my host, i put this address an it did work! (/home/php/upload/)
so what's wrong?

Look in your FTP utilites upload window. The location box usually shows your unix path. Depending on who your host is, it usually looks someything like

"/home/account/yourdomain.com/html"

If you cannot see it from the FTP window, you will need to contact your host for the information.
