simple submission tool

Hello,

I would like to submit a value, from a form situated on a page on MY server, to multiple pages, which are on different servers (not mine, but i know the URL of these pages).

I think I can use a system of'frames', by making a query to each URL in a different frame. But isn't there a cleaner solution ???

I would also like to test the result of each page, whether the action was successful or not.

Any help welcome !
