I'm collecting survey data (5 separate pages witch must be keyed somehow) and many of the respondents are behind NATs and other proxies. I used the php env var for IP and hostname, before I knew they may not be unique.
What can I do short of asking the respondent to type in a special code (which will make them think the survey is not anonymous)? The survey is active now and I may be losing valuable data.
