Is there a way to detect the users connection speed?
I want to be able to display different content if the user has a slow connection.
not really. only webpage ive seen do it took ages to load and that was on adsl at 512k. Id suggest allowing them to define what their connection speed is. any test will just be extra waiting time for users on dial-up. sorry no quick-fix for you 🙂
