Submit values from popup windows to main

How can i submit checkbox values from a popup form to main windows.

i have a popup form that display list of users and there is a checkbox beside each user name.

I want to able to bring the values of each checkboxed to the main window.

Look at the javascript object document.opener. It is a reference to the window that opened the current window. So from there you can either redirect (document.opener.location.href = 'somewhere.php?with=these&args=set') or, you can set some form fields:

document.opener.forms[0].textarea.value = 'HELLO WORLD!';
