two queries in one treatment with phpLib

here is what I would like to do (with phpLib)

1/ make a SELECT query on a table X
2/ make a second SELECT query on the same table X
3/ to add the 2 results together
4/ treat the results like I do normally with NEXT_RECORD function

someone could help me?
