URL clearing house....

Gang:

For my portal, I need to make one table that will act as my URL clearing house -- collecting all new URL submissions BEFORE they go live --

I need to make an administration page -- view the URLs, and if they're legit, make it so I only have to click ONE button (to either make it live or delete it) to finish the job.

Is there any easy way to do this? Does anyone have any scrap code laying around so I don't have to do it from scratch?

Any suggestions on the easiest way to do this?

Use two Database tables, one that has live URLs and one that has URLs to be checked by the Admin, Set up the admin script so that you fill out a form (checkboxes or something), send the form which will flag the apporved sites, and add them to the public url store, and remove them from the pending list, When they are approved. If you are slick you could use a little Java new window script and use pop ups windows to bring up the URL you click on so that you never have to leave your page. Hope that made sense.
