Searching for keywords in MS Word Docs

Is this possible?

Here is my scenario. I have about 30Megs of Word Docs on my server. I would like ot created a web search script that would search each of the documents for a keyword and output the name of the document to the client.

Is there some kind of MicroCrap stuff that needs done first to be able to query the MS Word Doc?

And use that to extract the plain text to use as keywords.
