Hello, we are working on an application with PHP 4.03pl1 on a Unix server, and are encountering an error that we do not get on 4.05-6. This application is remotely hosted by a company that will not update their version of PHP. Anyone know a fix for this problem? If not, anyone know of any reasonably priced hosting companies that run a newer version of PHP? Thanks!
When you start a session for the first time php attaches “?sessionID=some_long_number” to some of the tag’s like img src=”blah.jpg?sessioid=49856405986”. It also is putting quotation marks in the javascript if it’s in the head tag or inside the body. Refreshing the page seems to make it work correctly. This does not happen on version 4.05 and 4.06, haven’t tested it on 4.04 but I think the bug was fixed in that version so it should not happen there too.
