ummm...that site and all of your 'portfolio' sites are really awful in netscape...penpals.ru is something like 4 times as wide as my screen, and constantly tries to redraw that pinstripe background image when i scroll...
i would critique more, but i got really frustrated trying to view your sites and gave up entirely...yuk. good luck getting business with it!
the php seems to work fine.
