New @ Cookies, and I need some help please.
A user visits the site, the script goes thru the mysql database and finds a advertisment that they have not seen before. If the user has never been to any advertsiments before it will make a cookie called cookXX and open the site. If the user comes back within the 24hr period (cookie expiring time) it will go thru the mysql db and find an entry, then check for the coresponding cookie name and check to see if it exists. If it exists then it will go on to next entry and check and so on.. any help would really be appreciated!
