[Resolved] Password Saving Feature.

Hello all,

I am developing an application for my clients to access their information from anywhere on the web, username and password validation no problem.

However, is there a way via php ( or even java ) to stop IE from trying to save the username/password combinaiton in the password saving feature.

I am concerned that if my clients were to access their account info from say a kiosk in a mall then if anyone were to the login page windows would give up my clients username/password.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi John,

I think the password saving feature is linked to password fields (<INPUT TYPE="PASSWORD">). If you use a regular text field, this might be a way around it.
