Ok, i have created a little set of classes that can help speeding up php application development. It includes classes for session, forms, html, so on and has events-based architecture. So, if interested, download it from http://anti.ccu.ut.ee/ufo/ufo.tgz and take a look at it.
Sounds a lot like phplib, er, no, it sounds a lot like PEAR, er, no, it sounds a lot like dozens of other things that do the same thing.
Just use PEAR...it comes with PHP and has some really useful functions in there.
