Calm down. The easiest way to answer all of your questions at once is this: go to your local big book store (or bn.com) and buy a PHP book. Computer books aren't cheap, but if you're at all interested in developing PHP apps on a regular basis, you're going to be very glad if you get one -- I still use my first and only PHP book every day.
