May somebody tell me, how to generate a menu with the PEAR menu.php
class from a DB-Table with parent-child data e.g.
Parent Child Name
1 0 Main1
2 1 Sub 1
3 2 Sub 2
4 0 Main 2
should create something like:
Main
Sub 1
Sub 2
Main2
