using include() for a form.

Hi guys
I'm using an include to disply the HTML for a form.
It has a hidden field like this;
<INPUT TYPE="hidden" NAME="action" VALUE="check">

Problem is that when I print($action) nothing comes up, am I missing something with the scope of post vars and includes or what?

not sure I understand the question fully.

All includes are automatically treated as HTML unless you include the PHP tags (if that helps).
