Randomizing 4 Words

OK, there is a set of 10 questions and 4 possible answers for each all stored in a database. What I want to know is how I can list the questions and have the answers randomly selected from 4 possible columns for each question so all the right answers aren't in a straight row.

I figured out that I can put the 4 answers into an array... use shuffle() and then it'd be all mixed up, now how do I add 4 values into an array?
