conf file for multiple user

im search... tough... and havent found an easy way to make a configue file so that multiple user downloading my webpage for there own use only have to change the stuff in this file. like in this file they enter there user, password, db name, table names, colume names, title name, backround pic.... so that my file uses thes variable to connect to the right db, table and colume with out them having to change numerous stuff in numerous files. i tough about arrays, with subarrays but dont know how to use them. i dont want $dbname = "userdata", i need some thing more intuitive so that variables dont mix up.

as far as I'm concerned, nothing is more intuitive than simple textfiles with lines like

#this is a comemnt line
database = 'my database name'

etc.
Off course, that is up to you, but that is what I would go for.
give them their own textfile, let them replace the values by what you allow them or comment those they don't need out. Very easy.

Take a look at ConfigReader class (dunno where I ever found it, mail me if you can't trace it via Google).
