"startx, LINUX, Application"

Hi,
I have an application named "runner" developed in C++.(Linux plateform). This application is dependant on a browser like "netscape communicator". I want that this application should execute automatically whenever user executes "startx". what should I do.

the simplest way is to do an alias
alias startx="you_app;startx";

or put it into xinit script (located somewhere in /etc/X11)
