php include - across domains

have a file, say, *.shtml, that includes a php file from a completley different host (in another country as it happens?!)

just use the absolute path to the file. If I wanted to include Yahoo in my site, I'd put...

include "http://www.yahoo.com/";

mysql dbase and php one server#1
php and test.shtml on server#2

i wanna pull the online members from a vbulletin mysql dbase and place them on a different server. (our forum is seperate to our main website due to bandwidth)

test.shtml pulls online.php, which is a file that should have relative paths in it.
