PHP, Java & Forms

I have a form, and on the click of a button on that form I want to open a new webpage, passing it values from the text boxes in my form and some php variables which exist on my page.

Can somebody please start from the basics cause I haven't been doing this long.

Do you mean open a separate new page or just the next page?

if you mean the next, then it is very easy. Build the form. put in hidden fields. Use PHP to populate the hidden fields with the values you want. When you hit submit, all those values will automatically end up on the next page.
