counting rows

Hi i have this page and the customer wants to have a replica of there printed files, however there printed files only allow 6 items on it.

Is there a way of counting the rows so that when it hits 6 it goes to another duplicate page and carries on, till it gets to 12 etc..

does anyone know how to do this?

what exactly do you need? display 6 records on each page?
if so, this is a previous/next button thing.
