im trying to make a simple array filter...
im adding arrays into a txt file...
i want to have a maximum arrays permitted...
i want smth thats checks it...
smth like (this is only for give you the idea)

if(number_of_arrays==maximum_permitted){
delete(array[1]);
}

well... thats the idea... 😉

I'm not sure to understand you, but if you need to delete arrays, the statement is unset $array.
Is that what you want?

What do you mean, how many "rows" are in your file?

Your file contains data, not descriptors of it.

Data structures are defined by you in your programs.

Be more specific in order to help you.

mira.. lo que quiero hacer es ir guardando algunas noticias en una rchivo de texto...
pero como no quiero que salgan todas las noticias antiguas.. si no solo las 49 anteriores... quiero crear una especie de filtro que mire cuantos arrays tengo en el txt y de ahi que me devuelva una acción..
o que me borre el array[1] (necesito siempre tener el primero) y que el nuevo lo coloque como 49.
y si es que los arrays son menore que 50 que solamente aumente el otro..
simple.. no?
