Netscape 6 conversion problem

Hi,

When I insert a new row into a table, Netscape 6 replaces a period with a copyright symbol. For instance, my email address would show up as greg@myriadtek©com. I tried using urlencode, but that doesn't seem to correct the problem. It works fine in IE and older versions of Netscape.

Does anyone know how to correct this?

Well, I somehow got it to work, but I have no idea how exactly.

But here's what's weird... now for some reason Netscape inserts the record twice. IE does it only once. The other weird thing is that if I use method="post", Netscape won't insert the record at all.

Has anyone has this problem with Netscape before? I'm using v. 6 on a Mac.
