Session coding help

Hi there ,

I cannot find help about session variables.
I 'm looking for example codes.....
What I want to do is store global variables in a separate file
and then access it whenever I needed to.
What I do now is parsing hidding variables from each php.doc to another
and it is working ok but it is asked much adminwork.

Who understand me and can help me out ?

well i would suggest reading about the include() function and about sessions. read the comments. there is lots of information.
