get URL from another frame to my script

Hi,
My page has 2 frames, One frame contains a webpage, anypage, and the user can surf as normal. I want my script in the other frame to moniter Frame2's URL and store/act upon it.

Is this possible???? and if so how.

Im really stuck, hope you can help guys.

when someone clicks a link in the main frame, the loading page could start a javascript which updates the navigation frame.

use this javascript code:
frame[#].location.href = url

for further reference, see a javascript reference, e.g. http://www.teamone.de/selfhtml (in German only 🙁 ).

href can also be read out, to put it the reverse way.

Im not sure i understand....

The frame i want to moniter can contain any webpage. I cant add my javascript to another current webpage (e.g. yahoo.com), i just need to be able to get the frames URL.
