I use a querie to get the number of NEW comments from a user and then I store the results of the querie into a variable, then I use a form to pass the variable to the next page, but when I call mysql_get_number_of_Colums ( something like that) It give me the following waring: "Warning: Supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/socialserv.net/php/mysql.inc on line 60"
I understand the error to a piont, but here is my question. Does the resource link expire or get corrupted when I pass it. I am
trying to do the query on one page and then, use on another. I printed them out on both pages, and the resource link number matches so I cant see why i would be a invalid result set.
ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!
ps: sorry for the spelling and various grammar mistakes, its be a LONG day.
Thanks,
