Opening a new document in a new window

How can I open a new document, an HTML for example in a new browser window? What I need to do is a redirection using a PHP function.

I've tryed...

fopen("http://myhomepage.com/","r");

...but it didn't work.

Please help? Thanks a lot! 😛

You need javascript as that's a clientside thing, It's not my forte, fo try http://javascript.internet.com/

and do a search
