get the values from a data Frame into a

Hi!!!!!

I am creating an shopping cart.
In this I use two frames.One is the data frame with row=0(invisible) and second is the nagivation frame.
I.e you can view different pages in the second frame.
The first frame stores all the data required, and I can get all the values from the first frame(data frame)
and display it in the second frame( navigation frame).

Now the problem is:
1)I want to use a pop window to display all the values stored in the first frame i.e. data frame.

Pls tell me how do I do it.
