Newbie to PHP needs some help

Hi All,

I am new to PHP and am impressed with what can be done with it.

I am looking for information on how to convert a graphical HTML template (created in Dreamweaver) into a dynamically created PHP oriented site. I want to take everything from my site from CGI / SHTML files to PHP files.

Can anyone help me here?

Hi,
I know that you are not supporting php2 any longer, but I have to fix upload facility in php2 website without upgrading it!
Upload itself is working and the files are going to the directory specified by me, but I can't name them. Temporary files are sitting in the directory with 'phpfi' default name, the same name is going to the database. The name in the database I can manipulate - it can be temp name or ussers name, but name of the file is a problem.
Can anyone help?
