simple database using php

Please help,

Is is possible to create a form to dynamicly pull images and information php only. No database.

Would all my images and information need to be inserted in the php code.

I only have about ten items for clients to choose so I don't want to get into mysql yet.

If so, where could I get examples.

Can you be a little more specific?
Do you want to read textfile in a dir, and imagefiles?

Something like what is on devrouw.bikkel.org? That is all done without database.

I have three catagories.
Item, Price, Color

I would like clients to select from a form these choices, and their request display without using a database.

I don't know if this can even be done using just php.

Does this make a little more sence.
