Is there a way to calculate number of holidays in php? If not all the holidays, at least number of weekends?i.e number of saturdays and sundays or number of business days?
there are 52 weekends in a year.
you need to be more specific about what you are trying to count and how you are doing it database, just in php?

Yea, and to add to Ace's response, you might wanna define exactly what holiday means: day off of work, if it falls on a saturday do we take it on a monday or a friday.... Is what oyu're doing generic or specific to a company with set holidays?
