Does anyone know a PHP script that list's all MP3 files in a folder, and if someone clicks on a MP3 file thats listed it plays it on the server computer?

Search the forum for a recursive directory listing routine. PLaying the mp3 is just an exec() command with an mp3 player.
Oh, and that will probably not work under windows.
Why don't you just play it on the client?
Why not on Windows?
