Java script and PHP

i wrote script for my frinde ...but when he run script the languge showing like chines character..
so i want java script function which chose the wanted languge automaticly when he open this sit( no need to go on explorer to view->encoding then change the langauge to the corect langauge

I'm not sure I understood this, but if I did you need <meta> tag:

This is for code-page Win1250 (Eastern European). Adjust it to whatever you want.

Btw, <meta> goes within <head></head> block.
