How would you grab the text between to words?? Am trying to make a whois lookup.. and want it to grab the text between "<pre>" and "</pre>"... any ideas??

Got it working.. used strpos to find the posotion of the two words I needed.. and then found the length between them.. and used substr to make it the output i wanted..
