Display Events on Created Page

Hello,

Iam trying to display a list of events on a page that is created from pulling records from the db.

I have the query ORDERED by year, month and day.

This list will span two years and will be broken down by months like this:

2000

October

       xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
       xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

 November

       xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
       xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx


 December

       xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
       xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

2001

January

       xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
       xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

etc.

Does anyone know of any place where I can look at some code?

Iam new at PHP and I know that the solution is not that complex, but Iam at a loss with this one.

So what is your table structure? Are you really storing a date in three fields instead of just one datetime field?

Thanks for the reply.

Yes - storing date in three fields - year, month and day.

So that the customer can enter new events from a form, they enter the year, month and
day (of the month).
